Deactivating Turner

If you want to install Turner on a different Mac, you should first deactivate Turner on your current Mac.

To deactivate Turner:
  1. Choose Turner > Preferences.

  2. Click Subscription at the top of the Turner preferences window to show the Subscription pane.

  3. Click the Action pop‑up menu to the right of the Activation Key field, and then click Deactivate Turner.

Note: When you deactivate Turner, you do not cancel your subscription; see Managing Your Turner Subscription to learn how to cancel your subscription.

When you activate Turner on a different Mac, you must enter an activation key. If you need to retrieve a lost activation key, visit https://papersoftware.com/activation.

If you forget to deactivate Turner on one Mac before you try to activate it on another, you can deactivate Turner on your other Mac computers when you activate Turner on your current Mac.

To deactivate Turner on your other computers:
  1. On your current Mac, enter your activation key, and then click Activate. An alert message that says “Maximum activations reached” appears.

  2. Click Yes to deactivate Turner on your other computers and activate Turner on your current Mac. If you change your mind about deactivating Turner on your other computers, click No.
